SEEDLY pledges complete satisfaction, guaranteed. If, for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply contact us with your issue.
We ask that you get in contact with us within 14 days of placing your order, and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund your order.
Accessories must be unused, in their original packaging and in new condition upon receipt. If an item is found used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Items damaged during shipping will need to be claimed by e-mail or phone within 48 hours. You will need to save the damaged product as well as all packaging. Once the shipping company has determined that the product was damaged during shipping, you will receive the item again at no extra cost.
Unless we've made an error with your order, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
